Workplace Culture

/noun/

The unspoken rules, attitudes, and behaviors that define what it’s like to work somewhere. It’s everything from how people communicate, to whether it’s normal to clock out at 5 or burn the midnight oil. Can range from supportive and collaborative to toxic and cutthroat. Basically, it’s the vibe of the place—good or bad—and it’s often why people either stick around or run for the door.
